Valentine's Day is a time to celebrate love.
This year I am going to try to keep a seasonal tree. I had purchased a five foot artificial Alpine tree in December. It was in my bedroom and decorated in sea shells for Christmas. After taking down all the Christmas decorations I moved the Alpine tree to the living room and sat it next to my house plants. For most of January it was just a pine tree with no decorations. Checking my craft stash I found quite a few wood hearts and began making February decorations. Below are photos of the ornament making project and the finished tree.

A February LOVE tree,
decorated in new and old handmade and purchased ornaments
and tags made by me and several Blogland friends.
Posting with Pink Saturday later this week.
Happy Valentine's Day!!
Be still my heart. ;) Rushed right over as soon as this popped up in my reader. LOVE your Valentine tree, Linda, and the tags bring back so many good memories. I'll be making some soon for young girls in Brazil. They celebrate their love day in June.
