Independence Day!

 I added a mini Declaration of Independence to the back of a tag that I made for the July Monthly Tag Swap at The Altered Paper with Tee.

The image on the front of the tag is a free-be image from Dezinaworld. 
The woman is wearing the perfect blue outfit, and summer hat and she's holding a bouquet of red flowers. I thought it would be a perfect image for my July tag partner, Mercedes  at All Things Pretty.
