I'm very thankful for my good friend, Dolores, and her family. During our recent 5 day power outage (no elelctric or heat) they invited us to stay in their home. When Dolores invited us she also included an invitation to bring my love bird, Peaches. They already had a bird and 3 cats. Here are photos of River enjoying the company of Peaches. I think Peaches was so happy about being warm she didn't mind him nosing up to her cage at all.
How sweet! Peaches is so cute.

That is what a true friend will do. Nothing worse than being without power unless it is water. Trust things will be great for you and family on the holiday.
ReplyDeleteNice post and a wonderful friendship, the kitty is beautiful. I love the way his leg is hanging down, to cute. And your little birdie looks very comfortable as well.
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday Linda.
ReplyDeleteAlthough we obviously don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Scotland I would still like to wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving.
Your lovebird is so precious but I am slightly worried about that look in kitty's eyes!!
Wishes
