Tag Tuesday ~ April 5th Postcard Cut-Up Challenge

Rebecca's Tag Tuesday challenge for this week is to make a tag using an actual postcard. Below is my entry.  The postcard was purchased on a family vacation long ago (at least 20 years ago).
